The Lord of the Universe:
Shree Jagadish was He. The King of kings! The Mother of all mothers! The devotees from Satpati used to perform His aarthi “Om Jai Jagadish Hari Swami Jai Jagadish Hare” The aarthi described Him and His nature. He was ultimate, whole, complete, second to none, standalone, self-sustaining. Along with Gopal Anna and other devotees, they used to perform aarthi with great love. Once He gave His wooden Paduka, to, I believe Lakdu Bai, the senior among them.
What made Him the Lord of the Universe? Once when asked He said “‘This One’ has no Guru, no Shishya (disciples). This One does not believe or belong to any school. This One is self-sustaining and all-encompassing, and needs no one or nothing from anyone. All auspiciousness, all divinity is at This One’s Feet. This One is Ocean, goes to no one, everyone comes to This One. This One has no Sadhana to accomplish because it has all been already done with. Everything is ” Here”, all gods demigods, kinnar, Gandharwas, and noblemen. They all are in waiting on This One, eager to grasp the pearls (of wisdom) that fall.”
He clearly described a Master. If one sees a Sadhu visiting others, it is an indication that he is still a student and seeking a certificate from other renowned persons to establish his authenticity. All were His devotees none were His disciples to claim as heirs. He did not anoint anyone as one. He sought no favor from anyone. Although he possessed nothing, the rich and wealthy came to Him and begged because He owned everything! Such was Bhagvan Nityananda!!!
On the occasion of the Rath Yatra of Shree Jagannath Puri, He as Shree Jagadish!
